Disarming Your Inner Critic! Women’s PGG
March 4 @ 6:30 pm - April 9 @ 8:30 pm
Even the best of us has the voice of an inner critic haunting us every now and then.
As we face this challenging COVID season self-doubt can creep, fueling self-criticism and undermining self-esteem. This women’s only group will help you discover creative ways to disarm that inner critic, using the action methods of Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Role Training and Sociometry.
Come play, get spontaneous and step out with your soul sisters!
This ongoing group will run for six weeks, every Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for SGD 600.
Pre-requisite for this group is attendance at one of our open sessions – introduction to psychodrama.
Please register via email at firstname.lastname@example.org now, as we have a limit of 7 persons per group.
Week 1: Group warm-up and getting to know you. Setting personal goals.
