As we look beyond our current situations many of us lift our eyes to “New Horizons”. What obstacles do we come up against? How easily do we navigate troubled waters?
This workshop will assist you in exploring your personal growth. Over the course of these sessions, you will discover how to identify obstacles and develop new perspectives and skills that can help you forge a path to New Horizons.
The six sessions comprising this workshop are held on the following Fridays: August 25; September 8, 15, 22 & 29; October 6

Sharmini has run workshops and classes using drama, movement and dance for the past 29 years. After pursuing a Masters in Counselling, she began integrating experiential methods into her sessions with clients and groups. Her Psychodrama training includes 7 years with the Aeoteora Australian New Zealand Psychodrama Association (AANZPA) and more recently with the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute (HVPI) in New York. She has worked with Changi Women’s Prison, We Care Centre, The Breast Cancer Association, Singapore General Hospital, Dayspring Girl’s Home, The Singapore Association of mental Health to name a few. Her current work involves seeing clients and running groups at Promises Singapore.
