Start the new decade with us as we embark on a
journey of self discovery.
This ongoing 8-week psychodrama group is for people who want to grow in their effectiveness for living fuller lives.
We will explore everyday scenarios that arise at work, home and other arenas where challenges need to be faced.
Join us as the new decade dawns on us!
Who should attend?
Anyone with a desire to gain deeper insights and fresh perspectives in their lives.
Places are limited to 10 individuals for this group with 8 consecutive weekly sessions starting 5 March 2020, every Thursday from 7.00pm to 9.30pm.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Sharmini Winslow is the Director of Psychodrama Singapore under the auspices of Promises Healthcare.
Her passion for a creative movement and people led her to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in University of California, and Masters in Counselling in Monash University. She is also an expert Pilates trainer with 20 years of experience under her belt. Currently, Sharmini is a Psychodramatist with over 900 hours of Psychodrama training with the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute and AANZPA (Aoteora Australian and New Zealand Psychodrama Association).
Her experience in the fields of the Performing Arts and Counselling aided her in developing a dynamic and innovative form of Experiential Therapy. Her work experience includes running therapy workshops and trainings for:

Sharmini’s work includes stress management, altering perspectives, grief work and catharsis of emotions. Her work with clients who have mood disorders incorporates developing self-awareness and motivation for self efficacy and self healing. She facilitates 12-Step recovery and Motivational Interviewing in her work with addicts. Her work with Relationship Trauma Repair has helped facilitate healing for many of her clients using a multi-sensory approach.
Her workshop “Life is a Dance When You Do the Steps” was included at an International conference in Scotland. Sharmini’s eclectic style of counselling and therapy in her Personal Growth Groups and Addiction Groups includes elements of Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Role Training, play and the creative arts. Other workshops she facilitates are “Spirituality and the Steps”, “The Sobriety Shop” and “All in the Family”.
