Ready, Set, Glow! Women’s PGG
April 22 @ 6:30 pm - June 3 @ 8:30 pm
JOIN US FOR AN INNER-WORLD FACIAL AND WALK OUT WITH A NEW INNER-GLOW.
As we face this challenging COVID season self-doubt can creep, fueling self-criticism and undermining self-esteem. This women’s only group will help you discover creative ways to disarm that inner critic, using the action methods of Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Role Training and Sociometry.
It’s also said that our sessions is like having an inner-world facial. Come play, get spontaneous and step out with a new inner-glow on your face with your soul sisters!
This ongoing group will run for six weeks, every Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for SGD $450.
Pre-requisite for this group is attendance at one of our open sessions – introduction to psychodrama.
