By registering for Psychodrama Singapore events and workshops (“events”) organised under Promises Pte. Ltd., participants agree to these terms and conditions:
Registration
Registration is strictly online through the official Psychodrama Singapore website for the number of tickets available for each event. Other means of registration will be subject to approval of the Psychodrama Singapore team (“the Team”). The Team reserves the right to decline, accept or retain walk-in participants.
Registrations are transferable with advance notice given to the Team.

Payment
Participants may pay by credit/ debit card, PayPal, or mail order cheque upon registration through the official Psychodrama Singapore website.
Refund Policy
By registering for Psychodrama Singapore events, participants agree to attend the event of their registered date or time period only. If you choose to cancel, the following refund policy applies (according to number of days notice given prior to beginning of event):
30 days or more: 100% refund
29 – 14 days: 50% refund
13 – 0 days: No refund available
If participant is absent without prior notice given, no refund will be available.
If participant is absent but would like defer their registration to another event date, this will be subject to approval of the Team with minimum 7 working days advance notice given.
Cancellation Policy
Psychodrama Singapore events are unique workshops run by our resident expert Psychodramatist, Mrs Sharmini Winslow, and invited guests in the field. In case the events have to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, Promises Pte. Ltd. shall reimburse participants the registration fee.
Limitation Of Liability
Participants acknowledge and agree that in the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, to change times and days of events or change event venues, such alternatives may be made without liability to Promises Pte. Ltd.
Further, Promises Pte. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for loss of tickets, nor for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the events.
Promises Pte. Ltd. shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
