Level 1 (SET)
Supervised Experiential Trainee
As a Supervised Experiential Trainee, you must be able to demonstrate some of the following in an onsite test with a Protagonist and one Auxiliary: Use Psychodrama structures such as Conversation with
‘Other’ or Part of Self, Future Projection, Timeline etc. Demonstrate the use of Concretization, Doubling and Role Reversal. Be able to explain rationale for when to do role reversals.
Level 2 (SP)
Supervised Practitioner
As a Supervised Practitioner, candidates must be able to demonstrate some of the following in Practical and Written Exams:
Direct a Psychodrama session including Warmup of a group, and a Psychodrama with a Protagonist and at least (2) two Auxiliaries and facilitate sharing.
To fulfill requirements as stated in ABE website.
Level 3 (CET)
Certified Experiential Therapist
You will need to fulfill the requirements to achieve the CET certification.
Masters level degree:
Essay about a client’s Social and Cultural Atom after a minimum of 10 sessions of individual or group therapy. To show progress as a result of using Psychodrama techniques.

Onsite Exam: Direct a Psychodrama session including Warmup of a group, and a Psychodrama Vignette with a Protagonist and at least (2) two Auxillaries
and facilitate sharing.
Bachelor’s degree holders:
3 Hour Written Exam to include: Essays on History, Philosophy and Ethics plus Short Answer Questions on Sociometry, Methodology.
Onsite Exam: Direct a Psychodrama session including Warmup of a group, and a Psychodrama Vignette with a Protagonist and at least (2) two Auxillaries
and facilitate sharing.
Level 4 (CP)
Certified Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy
You will need to fulfill the requirements set by ABE to achieve the CP certification. There will be a 5 hour Written Exam as set by ABE and an onsite Practicum Exam with an external examiner.
