Many of us are familiar with the voice of our inner critic haunting us, nagging us and stopping us from reaching our full potential.
As we face this challenging COVID season self-doubt can creep, fueling self-criticism and undermining self-esteem. This personal growth group will help you discover creative ways to disarm that inner critic, using the various action methods of Psychodrama.
Come play, get spontaneous and step out with others in the group!
This ongoing group will run for six weeks, every Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for SGD 450.

Week 1: Group warm-up and getting to know you. Setting personal goals.
Week 2: Addressing self-esteem.
Week 3: Assertiveness training.
Week 4: Anger management.
Week 5: Letting go.
Week 6: Closure and self-appreciations.
